Minor things that make you happy

Why are you trying to body shame me? I'm happy with the way I look, as well as a hell of a lot of people who I catch checking me out. What's not to love?

And don't ever accuse me of doing cross fit again.
Why so defensive pal?

At 6'1 and fourteen stone I'm glad you're happy with yourself. I'd be looking to be more precise, maybe by monitoring body fat percentage, but everyone's different aren't they.

I'm just playing mate.

I've got a freakishly fast metabolism and I've always been skinny. I wanted to bulk up so as a bit of an experiment I upped my carbs and protein intake. It's had the desired effect but it's time to add a bit more definition now.

I dropped the weights and upped the reps last week so let's see how this pans out. I've only been taking it as seriously as this for around the last 2 years so I'm still learning and finding what works for me, which is interesting.

Best of luck pal. If you are prepared to be strict with your food and committed to spending enough hours in the gym, then you'll make progress. I'm 6'0 and I made it up to 15st 3lbs back in my twenties - it's a long, hard road but if you cut out the crossfit you can get there ;)

I dressed up as Britney Spears for a party a few weeks ago. Don't even care.

I like to imagine you as Britney and @Maxwell as Lady Gaga strutting around London, what a pair of beefed up legends

Hahaha.

That's exactly what I'm doing. I spend hours every week prepping food and pissing around with tupperware boxes. Also going the gym 5 times a week. It's a serious commitment but worth it.

Stuck in Shrewsbury after the late running of my train caused me to miss my connection. Go the pub and the Laughing Gnome belts out from the jukebox. Cheered me up a bit.

Did the walk of shame this morning and thought I looked scruffy as fk. Still got a few approving looks from the ladies though.

Being in good shape is ace lads. Proper ace.
