I got the second interview!!!!!!!!!
Well good and bad. Good is i got one, so another chance of getting the same job in a different department and i know what let me down now.
The bad is, they shut it a week early so probably high demand for the job. Or earmarked for someone, either or.
but second chance saloon!!!!! I just need to learn the terminology and processes / systems they use and i'm laughing!

That is what cost me last week, not knowing the systems or terminology (which i kinda figured would do).

If i can learn it before next week, without meeting the same person i met with last time and go into the interview with the knowledge then that should look pretty impressive as i would have essentially learned the role before the interview, give or take details. the fact that last week i didn't know any of that, then 2 weeks later i back all my answers up with it?
Just no idea how to go about it now though, have no idea who works there haha
Don't laugh too much Ash concentrate on the job in hand, do your homework, go in there with confidence but don't overdo it, best of luck mate.

My feedback from the last one was literally my answers lacked the systems they use and processes etc.
Where i work it is all points scoring not first impressions. So essentially it is like being in school, the person who gets the job has the most right answers on the day.

do as much reserch on it as you can. you dont have to ass lick and take people out for drinks and that, just try and get some insider info as to what EXACTLY they require and what the interiwers like to hear and such...

My 3 y/o boys say kuh-rock for croc as the had a pair each about a year ago but didn't quite have the R sound down so I had to make the pronounce it in two syllables and it's stuck. Was kinda funny having them say "coq" for a while though.

My 2yo used to say 'odinge' for orange, and 'poddidge' for porridge. It was the best thing ever, we used to contrive situations to make her say it. Sadly she says them properly now, but it was fun whilst it lasted.
