What make and grit of sandpaper are you using?Sanding Spanish cedar for 2 or three hours with my mind in neutral ... as stress free as can be
I've often thought that!Watching this guy in the gym this morning, all suited and booted. Not a hair out of place spending more time looking at the wall mirrors or his phone. He used the machines but I noticed that when he finished he'd replace the locking pin to the weights about 30kg more than he'd been lifting.
Makes me sound like a right Johnny Concrete. I'm not, far from it but I'm one of those who thinks if you're not sweating and looking in distress it's a waste of time. Talking about blokes here of course. I like the ladies in the gym to remain fragrant.I've often thought that!
You rock up to a machine and see what weight was being pulled previously and think which gorilla has just been on here?!
A bit sad though to do that.
Less weight more reps is my motto.Makes me sound like a right Johnny Concrete. I'm not, far from it but I'm one of those who thinks if you're not sweating and looking in distress it's a waste of time. Talking about blokes here of course. I like the ladies in the gym to remain fragrant.
You can combine both tbh. Do a high weight for 6-8 reps and then drop the weight and do another 8-10. I got results so quickly doing that.Less weight more reps is my motto.
You get still get knackered but don't risk a heart attack.
Well thats my excuse anyway
I've always wondered about how to get the best results. I can't seem to strike the right balance. You can combine both tbh. Do a high weight for 6-8 reps and then drop the weight and do another 8-10. I got results so quickly doing that.
Through sheer obsession I found that was the most efficient way to add strength and mass simultaneously. Almost every exercise I do is a super set or drop set.I've always wondered about how to get the best results. I can't seem to strike the right balance.
Good idea. You can combine both tbh. Do a high weight for 6-8 reps and then drop the weight and do another 8-10. I got results so quickly doing that.
No worries mate. Let me know how you get on with it!Good idea.
