Yeah I am mate. The big prize for me though is having my own agency, and not an office in my house.
Suffer the fools now and have a clear strategy on how you're going to achieve it.
Your motivation comes from being massively underwhelmed in work right now.

as clint boon once sang "dont try to walk, dont try to walk before you crawl". all well and good having ambition with regards to starting an agency, but surely that comes after you build your business and expand, try enjoying what you have and not let the big prize be the be all and end all.
sure i would like my business to be massive and be driving an aston martin in flip flops and cargo shorts, but i have learned to be more content with what i have. i now enjoy life more as i'm not always looking for more and more. the tax credit system means also that i would need to earn 20k more to actually see any more in my pocket. which is a hell of a lot more work, if it was all cash work i wouldnt mind though.

Been hearing all kinds of stuff from some of the people used to work where I am now, and from some people who are there now currently, and it doesn't sound like a good company to work for. All kinds of snides, and mental put downs. Not that I would take any [Poor language removed] like.
