It would be useful for you to get some clever young techies to help you, but they don’t need to mod. Give them a ‘Tech Support’ badge, they’ll love that. Similarly get people to mod but not do the tech stuff. If Mick hasn’t done much lately and the site has ticked along fine, then why replace unless you are expecting some massive growth or you believe the site is getting a bit bolshie......

Thats a fair point, and one that mirrors the chat we are having Pete.

Thing is, over the last few months/years we have lost 4 mods, and only had one new one. We also only have one stateside, which as you will be aware, a lot of traffic comes from, mainly overnight, UK time. Its not that often, thankfully, but at times Dylan has had to cope alone with some pretty daft stuff on his tod.

We are fine atm, but another body or 2 wouldnt be a bad thing.

One does not pluralize an adjective. In your statement 'words' is the implied noun. 'Plurals words' doesn't make sense.
