Modern phrases that drive you nuts


‘Thinking outside the box and Blue sky thinking’.

Usually on Teams calls with some snivelling little turd who likes to impress the boss.
 
Once had a manager use the phrase "going forwards" no less than 17 times in a single meeting. A laughable idiot embarrassing himself, completely unaware of his own ridicule.....It's a phrase that describes nothing except the passage of time, which is a concept I expect that most adults would be quite familiar with.

Another one of his clown acts was to use a variable order of the words "strategic, platform, network, opportunities" within a single sentence that described the square route of FA. Each combination as meaningless and foolish as the last.
 

"Reem" was like a social media plague circa 2012, when the world was TOWIE mad. That's gone, but one I really hate now is "Microaggression" - seems to just be changed every five seconds to suit the woke narrative.
