Buy back is fine, he's leaving juve because he doesn't want to play for them, some of the reasons being personal. Juve could entertain the buy back option but maybe he'd say no.

I don’t think buy back clauses allow clubs to abduct the player against his will. They only come into effect if the player wishes to leave.

They will exercise the buy back and immediately sell him to another club and take whatever profit there is

If they want a low buyback then they should sell him for 5 million. No way should we buy a player and lose our power with a low buyback.

If brands thinks he good enough then buy him for a fee with no buyback. You have to pay 45 million for him now and take the risk, his agent wont want a low buyback either.
