I've no problem with him having a different opinion to me or anybody else. But the need to bang people over the head with it at every opportunity is slightly odd.

I am aware that my Kean evangelism earlier in this thread gives my second sentence a delicious irony.

They are full of negativity , twisting everything to keep up your negative agenda.

Again, I've said nothing negative about Moise Kean, I just disputed one statement that implied he's had loads of shots.

This was my fear - the club and fanbase have been starved of an actual goalscoring centre forward for years and to put all the pressure on the shoulders of a 19 year old kid is crazy considering his only rotational options are tweedle dee and tweedle dum.

Brands and Silva have blood on their hands if this lad gets it hard off the fans should he not be scoring regularly as they should have brought in another centre forward to allow Moise time to be eased in and develop.

We were throwing £50 million bids around for Zaha and £38 million bids for Doucoure but we couldn't have got in another CF?

Its not ideal I agree however FFP doesnt work via player position.

You could have a midfielder on 500k a week draining the accounts or 5 strikers each on 100k a week sat on the bench and it'll still show up the same in the accounts.

Neither Tosun or Niasse are getting game time at present so it wouldnt have changed anything regarding the squad imo.

Its diabolical what happened this transfer window - no ready made striker, no back up CB and Schneiderlin still our go to cover option in midfield.

You want us to spend 30m on Kean then buy another striker who will get us goals so Kean can be eased in while having DCL/Tosun/Niasse still on our wage bill?
