Remember where DCL was at 20years of age. He's plenty of time to break into the first team properly. People too quick to write him off. Maybe he won't settle here but that doesn't mean he isn't a good footballer
He’s our back up striker. We can’t afford patience when we’re trying to make strides in this league. We need a player who could come in and score goals consistently if DCL gets crocked.
I’d be more inclined to agree with giving him more time if his attitude and work rate wasn’t so poor.
Remember where DCL was at 20years of age.
Yeah I was having this exact conversation. Maybe he won't turn out good but give the kid a chance.Remember where DCL was at 20years of age.
And where are we going to get a consistent premier league striker who's willing to come and sit on the bench of a team that finished 12th last season.
We haven't been able to buy one for our first team let alone one to sit on the bench waiting on the off chance dcl gets a knock.
We need to at least be in Europe to have a squad like that and we aren't.
Remember where DCL was at 20years of age.
Has he gone yet?
Haven’t had a concrete offer Dave, only jarg Italian reports
Italian clubs hearing that Everfton want to sell Kean back to them...

King’s wage demands would be far higher than a young player and he would presumably expect a three year contract . Considering his modest abilities that is too expensive.Disagree.
Somebody like Josh King scored 1 in 3 for Bournemouth. Not saying he’s the player we should be looking at, but it’s an easy example of a much more productive player than Kean.
This narrative that you can’t possibly find a more productive player than Kean when we’ve just signed Rodriguez and are being managed by Ancelotti is nonsense, in my view.
