Probably because we didn’t play himWhy did he hate being here, that's my question.

He clearly doesn't want to be here. Which is a shame because he has real talent. People just don't have the patience for him to grow. Id Sooner have him on the bench then Glyfi or Spray-on Hair
On their shoulders maybe.Everton players always look to be carrying a bit more weight than opponent teams...
I think there could be more to it than that. Maybe he didn’t enjoy living in the U.K. Can’t have helped that he didn’t get game time.Probably because we didn’t play him

...that'd be the albatrossOn their shoulders maybe.
Could be. At the time I don't think we had any Italian speakers at the club, I'm sure that couldn't have been fun for the lad.I think there could be more to it than that. Maybe he didn’t enjoy living in the U.K. Can’t have helped that he didn’t get game time.
The common thread is playing time. Young players might be a tad up and down but they'll never be anything if they're watching. It makes no sense if they're watching players who don't perform. My issue isn't the decision to loan him but what we are doing wrong with young players we buy. Lookman, Vlasic, Kean have all looked a shadow of themselves with us
What makes you say this now?He wasn’t as good as we thought he was...the only world class thing about this lad atm is his agents appetite
It's the fifth best league in Europe. Scotland is like 19th. No France is not the PL but a lot of great players start there careers in France and he just might be another.People have a short memory he was truly terrible and had no fight for our league. He's doing well in the farmers league...it's no harder than the Scottish League!
