Well if we sign Potter and he's not sold he will be. He signed a contract. We came 10th with Carlo. We shouldn't be worried about what player wants to play for whom or not. They are in no position to be making demands imo.

He was third in the league for minutes per goal and he’s still very young. I suspect it’s more that they know he wants to join up and therefore have extra bargaining power.

I just said he scored those goals in a farmers league I mean it’s nearly the equivalent of scoring a hatful for Rangers or Celtic in the SPL given the gulf in class between PSG and the rest.

I dunno if that’s positive at all - I mean on the face of it not only did he not score goals but he was seemingly fairly disruptive as well.
forcing a player back into a situation like this where he’s already probably quite seriously disgruntled could backfire on us more than him.

According to Englanders, every league outside the prem is a farmers league or the equivalent of the SPL but also say we need to shop abroad because there’s no value in the prem.

France is a good league that brings through a lot of talent.
It could but it could also make him grow up a little. Rodgers wasn't afraid to put Suarez in the reserves and he nearly won the league with him the following year. It's getting really annoying the way players happily sign contracts to do a job but then don't want to do the job.
