Yes that's what I meant. Every league but those three has a bad European record over the last decade. Off the top of my head all the winners and all the finalists but a few Italian sides, PSG, and that Ajax Europa League run are from those three leagues. Look PSG don’t rate him enough to want to buy him - that much is clear. I’d rather trust their judgment than yours on this matter.
if it’s another season on loan or back in the squad then it’s a tough one, I suspect we will bring him back but he was basically useless when he was here and more than that it seems he was a troublemaker which would be damaging to morale.

I wouldn't necessarily say we hold the cards when the player is desperate to leave.
We hold the cards in terms of we can tell them to do one but psg know that just like with barca and Andre gomes. When the player only wants to go to one place and the club who owns his contract wants to sell, that will drive the price down.
