Were all going round in circles and opinions are split. To me, he doesnt want to be here so let him go. He came with a reputation and we all got excited but hes now scored less goals than Stuart Barlow and the same as Brett Angel. If we can get 20m for him that can be reinvested in 2-3 players or some loans. He seems a bad egg so let him go and move on
We're all going round in circles and opinions are split. So let's all agree with your opinion.

How about this. Let's not. ;)

His disallowed goal looked onside when I saw the video when I got home

I actually thought he didn't play too badly until the red card

Story of his Everton career really. It's been one step forward and two steps back throughout

He certainly put far more effort in last night than he did during that comical cameo against Leeds on the weekend

I don't really know what's going on with him to be honest. I keep getting the feeling that he just doesn't want to be here, but if he can get his head down and graft a bit then I think he'll start winning people over

There's a player in there, I'm sure of it (Cliché bingo is officially underway!)

If he definitely wants out so be it.
But I was impressed by him first half and there is a player there. If his goal would have stood who knows how much better he'd have been for it ?
Choosing to let him go will be a mistake.
Instinctive finisher which is something we don't have. His goals for PSG showed us that. If he goes, he goes. I've given up the will to live with this Everton in that regard. But if he stays I'll be absolutely fine with it and look forward to seeing what he can do for us this season.

Seemed up for it last night and looked like he was going to enjoy celebrating his goal until he realised it was offside. Maybe the manager has had a word with him and he's prepared to give it another go here.

If that's the case I think we should be appealing the sending off.

….I think its worth analysing how he played and I agree he didn’t do too badly, which should interest @Zatara.

i’m a critic of his but there were signs of decent play outwith his very good disallowed goal. His back to goal stuff was a mixed bag but on occasion he got his body in-between ball and player and showed good technique in laying it off. Similarly, his possession was a mixed bag with some slack passes but some good link play.

I think it was 6/10 performance but the sending off was a sign of him being a proper numpty & I’d give him an overall 2/10 following that. Promise but a very concerning attitude to react like he did to a nothing clash.

Was a great finish for the disallowed (wrongly) goal. Shame about the red card, I wouldn’t mind us keeping him as a back up striker, although I think he may be past that point now and a move is probably the best option.

Not sure we’ll be able to ship him out this window unless it’s a loan. If he stays I hope he gets his head down and works hard. If he plays well he’ll get his move at the very least next summer.

He played pretty well. Could have had 2 maybe three in that game should have had one. He isn't trash.

The choke was a ridiculous overreaction. Something Dunc may have done once and he's a legend. Regardless it was selfish and dumb. He needs to grow up a bit.

I am good if he stays and good if he goes.
