Moise Kean

Been disgracefully treated by the club, our obsession with Big Dunc lite is embarrassing especially when he goes missing in the 2nd half of the season. He should have been given a good run of games , not just brought after 70 or 80 mins with the game lost. Duncan's treatment of him at O.T was an embarrassing treatment of him, and people wonder why he doesn't want to be here.
He will go on to score plenty for Juve and the national team

Question - if they sign him on loan with an obligation to buy, does that mean we can buy players before the window closes without any FFP problems, and what would be the maximum value we would be able to buy for?

Thanks

Athletic article on Kean doesn’t talk about potential fee, just states it should be significant. Basically nobody has a clue how much it’ll be for at this stage as the structure of the deal isn’t even clear.

Yeah we can spend money as there's a guarantee of funds coming in next Summer - it should be fine. How much we spend is dependant on the deal with Juve which no one knows.

If he doesn't pick up an injury DCL can literally play every game. We've got 38+cups and he's already not looking likely to play too much in the Carabou Cup. It's a manageable workload.

We should still sign someone but we don't need to throw away long term gains because we don't have a backup right now.
That’s a very big if though isn’t it! If he does get Injured and we also don’t have Richie then the team looks very short of goals to the point that I’d start to worry about relegation so yes we need long term gains but we also need decent options up there in the short term because we’ve only played three games and we’ve already had to play iwobi up front which is not a long term option.

Based on Ronaldo to City for €30m, i'd say it'll be very close to that figure, which would be tremendous value for us, if so.
