Had me scratching my head today.

I'm flabbergasted people thought he was good today. His cowardice on the ball was frightening - all he did was the Phil Neville job of collecting a ball and getting rid with a five yard pass to shirk responsibility.
Davies was bad too but he at least tried several balls to get someone in behind or around a corner to unlock a team who just wanted to sit deep and take a draw. Schneiderlin did nothing of the sort.

He doesn't start over gana though, he starts next to him because they are our two best midfielders, at least til Gomes is fit. When either one of them is missing we miss them greatly as evident when Morgan was missing the other day and then gana on SaturdayOn the many days he's invisible and does nothing people praise him for not making any mistakes. I don't how he hypnotises people into think he's actually good. There isn't one reason why he should be starting over Gana.

100%Schneiderlin appears to be the new McCarthy where people moan that he isn't influential enough like David Silva or Kevin de Bruyne. He's a defensive midfielder who is in the team to win the ball back and quickly play the ball off to others in the team who are there to attack and creative things. He was very good in the first half yesterday, constantly moving the ball on with sensible passes. A lot more positive than he was in games last season.
Some of our fans just decide they don't like a player and then can't ever praise them even when they do things well.
