You guys are ignoring my main point here. I never said Everton is a small club. What I meant was we both have different expectation, don't you agree?

Just look at the table now we are fighting for top 4 place and we are currently only 4 points behind of the 4th place. Every season even after Sir Alex retired our expectation has always been a top 4 or PL winner!!

If I'm wrong then alright mate I am sorry. I just didn't know that you guys have higher expectation like top 4 and PL winner, and with that high expectation you shouldn't sign Schneiderlin.

small steps for us first i think. Schneiderlein and many more players of that ilk are the type that will see us regularly challenge top 4 over the next few years and then hopefully we can build on that again and improve. He was deemed good enough for you a few years back when you'd have been aiming for the title tbf.

To be fair, Schneiderlin is more of a box to box player, (and a very good one at that) reason he's made no impact at United is that he's been played as a DM.

This guy is right about Schneiderlin is a box to box. He played his best season as a box to box with Wanyama as DM at Southampton. Unfortunately our expectation of box to box is high and Schneiderlin isn't in the category. The likes of Herrera and Pogba are better box to box than him.
