I thought he was MoM yesterday. He was really industrious, read the game well,broke up any rythym that Pulis's mob managed to muster and prompted some of Everton's best attacks. Looks comfortable with Davies but they both benefitted from Barry's presence sitting deeper.
Lovely touch to run out to a single piper. Really enjoyed the day.

I thought his goal was both smart and intelligent which epitomises his general play, he was worth every last penny we paid for him.

Here's the Morgan passing stats from yesterday. ~90% success. Mostly short. Mainly trying to play forward. Dictates the pace of the game when he plays well.

Was quality again yesterday, has the mark of of a top class player for me, in that he always seems to have time on the ball.

You only have to look at the turn and incisive pass into Gana in the build up to the third goal. A very good player.

Smashing goal this weekend. Full year next year should show how Mourinho gladly for us misinterpreted his ability. Great addition. Along with Gueye two astute signings. Long may it continue.
