Probably, given they can sub in Williams for Hazard whilst we sub in Kone for Valencia and especially with Stek in goal, but think he would have kept the scoreline a bit more respectable.

Hard to say really but we would have been better balanced with Ross further forward instead of DCL.

Very true.
But Ross still had a poor game regardless of his position on the pitch.

We would have been better with Morgan, no doubt, but that Chelsea side oozes class. Was only a matter of time imo

With Europa League now guaranteed, I wouldn't be risking any players who have or have had recent injuries regardless of challenging for sixth.

We have a long season ahead next year so rest, rehabilitation and good pre-season is what's called for; the same applies for Besic.

No, it's just now that he's at Everton he's succumbed to the usual curse of our best players not being available against top opposition. It was a bit like that run Arteta had when he was never fit for a Derby.
