So, according to the Bisto Kid today, Morgan has had family issues and was allowed to miss the trip. Call me a cynic if you will but it seems very convenient that these "family issues" happened at the exact time we flew out to Dubai. He absolutely had to be on this trip to sort his career out, if he had any intention of doing so, and he's missed it. I personally think the rest of the squad have had it with him too. Can't wait to see the back of him now.

Allardyce confirmed that he didn't travel to Dubai because of 'family issues' and admitted that it's up to him to start showing his best form again, suggesting that he's officially out of the team now.

Does seem a bit suspicious this though.. almost as if he's just given up/been a bit of a baby behind the scenes and is being kept away from the squad?

Family issues is so vague. To give him the benefit of the doubt, if he had family worries, obviously that comes first, but ...

His wife wouldnt let him go, need this idiot out of the club ASAP

Had to go back to France apparently. For all we know he has a seriously unwell parent. I'd rather give the guy sympathy and cut him some slack on this one.

Haha, oh dear.

Either he's pulled a blag and she's dropped him in it there, the club told him to go and clear his head, or that's not Morgan's leg.

My sympathy diminishes with the former two.
