So far you'd have to say his goal has not to be to run a successful club to progressive success.

If that was his goal, then yes, he is to blame as he has control over how the club is run and by whom.

If his goal was something else, well, maybe he's been a success.

I’d say this is all going to plan for Moshiri.

He bought a club and can do what he wants with it. I think the real reasons are political and he is just the frontman, the face. The more money he burns through the happy his mate Alisher is.

Everybody Moshiri has bought in has failed, everybody, there is an obvious pattern and Moshiri is responsible for all of it.
We will be were we are now in 18 months.

Our only hope is he sells up and cash's in on the stadium, until then we have to ride it out and support the players.
