I'll never forget this, it's hypnotic in its horror, I wish I'd never seen it.

Tbf 'we' deserved it.
Still laugh about it whenever I see him.

The one thing I take from him, despite his fame etc, is that he still drops in to see my mam n dad whenever he's local to see how they are. He has no need to, he gains nothing from it, but he still does it.

He's a proper man.
A good man.
Mrs M knew the girl he was going out with just as he was entering the first team. She used to live the top of Harlow St off Park Rd. Seemed a normal lad, good striker, played for the rs, other than that I got nothing.
Plenty of other players I would like to punch in the face before I'd reach Fowler.

Honestly, you could line up the likes of Klopp, Salah, Gerrard, Suarez, Fowler, Owen, Bellamy and Riise, and have something like those old Dance Marathon contests, where people start punching them until the last exhausted person is left hammering away after about 48 hours. That's quality entertainment right there.
Bellamy gets a bye. He was humiliated by Fellaini and took it on the chin as a good sportsman.

Nah.

Grew up 2 doors from Robbie and all his family. Genuinely good lad who is still mates with the same lads he was as a kid and has never forgot where he come from. Still calls in to see my parents and looks after his own. Good lad Robbie, despite the team he played for.
He is. Other than being a little [Poor language removed].
