i know the difference , the point is he gave/loaned/invested, WHATEVER, to buy players to improve the team, it didnt work because the manager he chose was a tool. but the simple, unquestionable fact is this, aston villa spent money to buy players, EVERTON have took loans out for what???????? not players, not ground improvements. so which would you prefer, to take loans to do something positive, or to follow the everton formula?

He would probably have been our manager last season had he not took the Fulham job a week before O'Neill walked out on us.
If this is the case I wish you and Moyes all the best this season and hopefully we both have a good battle trying to get back into Europe
