Perreiras odds drifting again lol

Only because the media in this country for some bizarre reason aren't running with it.

You'd think they'd at least report in their droves what the Portugese media are reporting.

The problem is, so many of them have reported Martinez/Neville etc as done deals that they don't want to make themselves look stupid. It's all just propaganda.

Slaven Billic, what a bunch of utter bellends.

Indeed, he's been a total flop at Lokomotiv Moscow.

They're 10th (in a 16 team league) with one game left to play, 40 points.

His record there is: Won 11, Drawn 7, Lost 11. Scored 37, Conceded 35.

Anyone who seriously suggests him wants their head looking at. There's probably a good chance Lokomotiv will be sacking Bilic the way their season has gone.

The Guardian and whatever other rag can deny that we havent made an offer to Pereira but the fact is, the club have admitted to Alan Myers of Sky Sports that he IS one of the candidates for the job and they want to interview him!.

So there is the possibilty he could become are manager, which is a good sign IMO!.

I think it could be between Pereira & Martinez. And im thinking if Martinez tells Whelan he wants out, we'll make a move for him, if he stays, then i think Pereira will become the favourite with Kenwright.

Our Survey Says......why the sour face roberto?

http://www.toffeeweb.com/season/12-13/news/24717.html?

Bill saying at the outset that he'd take fans views into account has created either a problem for him or the ideal platform to appoint the fans favourite & therefore abdicate some of the blame if it went pear shaped.

So will he go against the obvious fanbase feedback & appoint from within or give it to Pereira?

OFF THE BALL SUMMARY
Pereira style of play: Philosophy - Porto has lots of possession to control. In all games outpossessed opps.. (65% except v Benfica (50).. compared to Barca, not allowing opps to breathe.

Would it be good fit? Hard to tell..firstly success with Moyes with stable - coaches in Portugal don't do signings.. not sure how he would be with transfers but coach is really good, methodic, lots of work..

Is it right to move - or one year too soon - now is best time - contract is over.. Porto gave no signs of wishing to keep him, bit unfair, until Benfica wasted their lead VP was almost dead man walking - so things may have changed but he would be stronger if he leaves now - if he stays if things don't go so well then image won't be so good at Porto...

Does he have character to survive here? Everton won't be job with more pressure than Porto (7 league wins in 8 years). I think Everton no need to win - 5th or 4th is great - I don't think they have 3 papers questioning his moves every day. He is a Porto fan but lived this with too much passion...
