If Vitor was to come and his preferred formation is a 433 then I would like to see Pienaar given a left central mid position like pictured below.

I have put question marks in positions which I think we need replacements for in the transfer window.

ST - If the Soldado rumor is/was true then it would be really nice to get a proven quality goal scorer who's not so fragile mentally.

CM - possibly a slot for Ross Barkley but i'm sure we all agree that 433 isn't the right formation for him, he needs to be in the hole! I would probably give this position to Osman or get someone of a similar style.

RW - God knows

GK - Howard has gone downhill this season, I would like to at least see competition for him.

Does anyone actually know if Martinez has actually been approached? can't understand why people are having a go at him, it's up to him if he wants to leave Wigan and it's up to the Club to make approach. The level of abuse I've seen on this thread about current Everton coaching staff and Managers in the frame is truely shocking, it will be a miracle if any of them would want to join us.

They won't be bothered about what we think or say, even if they know, which is doubtful.

I wonder what percentage of Evertonians post on GOT, or other forums?

Yes mate, assuming we sell him, but ideally id rather bench Gibson and keep Fellaini in that central position if we still have him.

Ah he is good he would slot straight into our team can play as attacking mid left right centre and also a deep role but i think they would be looking for around the 12 mill mark

Lakaku would be nice, but for me I think Mirallas is better in his proper position as a LW, if Pienaar is in that central left area then Baines and him could still link up hopefully.

Also someone posted a few pages back that Vitor likes to play invert footed wingers which would mean Mirallas would be on the left.
