Well, he has a point with his first sentence.

Not really - noone is suggesting he is Mourinho, just that of all the candidates having someone who would cost nothing and who has won the league in both of his seasons in charge, and being assistant manager the season before that, and who has champions league experience, is probably the best one to go for.

Im saying hes Jose mrk2 mate.

Little Jose we shall call him.

Mantinez - expect relegation dog fight.

Most over-hyped manager ever.

He's certainly not what i'd call safe. He might come good from his experiences, but i'd rather one of the non-native options as a top 6ish club to improve our technique.#

Edit: btw anyone with a link to the image of Vitor sliding on his knees in the technical area please (can't find it by Googling) ?

Further evidence of our stature as feeder club for United.
Ole will become the dogs then we nicely groom him to step up to the UNited job in a few years....

never ends
"stature as a feeder club for united" ?
In Moyes tenure we sold 1 player to united (Rooney) and lost a manager (Moyes) having been here for 11 years.
In return we have bought for peanuts Neville,Gibson and Howard.
I hope these little known facts dispel the 'feeder club myth' that abounds on this forum.

Harry Redknapp has got more money than our owner !

It's a buy out.. And it's on .

"Steven Naismith is a luvvvely player, I will be sorry to see him leave, but QPR offered us 35m and it was hard to turn down considering hes just recovered from a serious injury and was being played out of postion, The Chairman will use the money to bid again for Chris Samba and we hope that QPR will accept our 250m offer"

Just people are hyping him up to be the messiah, could work out, could fall on it's arse. Some are getting a wee bit carried away, is all.
