I think you're a massive wind up mate. Why as a "Cardiff fan" do you care so much and want another club to take your manager off you? No one wants Mackay, there have been no rumours that anything is imminent, and of the names rumoured his is one of the lesser speculated ones. I don't. I'm gutted. I can't see us staying up next year now. Malky has built a real team spirit and I can see the likes of Witts jumping ship now if an established Prem club comes in

We do not hate him. We need good manager with high calibre and your manager isn't. We ain't a team that fighting relegation every season now, we need someone who will keep us in the top 6/7 at least.

Lennon is a horrible snide who has been banned numerous times in Scotland for touchline shenanigans. He's also very outspoken, which is a big turn off to many. He's not very dignified.

Bilic's stock has fallen greatly. He had 6 years with Croatia, but managing a national side is very different than managing a club side.

He's done very poorly in his first season with Lokomotiv Moscow, and it's been widely rumoured he may be about to get the sack shortly. They're 10th in a 16 team league with one game left, on 40 points, won 11 drawn 7 lost 11. He's also spent a few bob there too.

He's basically a Croatian version of Mark Hughes, living off a past reputation. As a club manager he has achieved nothing.

As for Bilic, yeah, his record with Lokomotiv is mediocre, but when I look at their roster I don't see much talent compared with other Russian teams. His record in terms of acquisitions is dismal, but I don't think he had that much money to spend: Corluka, Samedov, N'Daye... seems like he overpaid for all of them, but then again it's Russia. He surely hasn't proved anything at club level though. I think I'd still take the risk of picking him over a gimmicky Martinez.
