I don't know who I want to manage Everton, but I do know that if it was mark Hughes i'd piss into an eclectic socket from close range. I can't stand him from his Time at city

don't see many eclectic sockets nowadays though do ya mate ?

although, if Hughes were appointed I'd make it my mission to find one and piddle all over it !

No decisions in the process of contract renewal Vítor Pereira. The coach of Porto met with Pinto da Costa, but failed to reach a conclusion. In an interview to RTP, the president of dragons assured that the future of coach will be decided next week.

Lads, Looking at it in the cold light of day, I think he will stay there. They have offered him a new deal, apparently Porto haven't approached anyone else, and all this talk about most fans not liking him is bull - he has won two leagues out of two. He is a Porto fan, and his agent said nothing about any other offers, just that he had "good fonversations" with Porto. I just think, as a hardened Evertonian, it is high time we became realistic.

'Team Pereira' approached Everton with their interest a while back. That's already been established mate. There is 'smoke to the fire' so to speak.

Realistic does mean we have to accept sh1te in place to be our manager. And signing Pereira is realistic. We will see. I hope Bill will not fcuk this up.

I'll be disappointed if Vitor Pereira leaves Porto and doesn't become our new manager.

He is the most high profile name (I realize that shouldn't be the most important factor) and I get the impression it would excite fans in the same way a highly rated player joining would.

With respect, if Mackay, Martinez, Stubbs, Weir, Neville, Lennon, Hughes, Ferguson got the job it would be a bit, 'meh'!

As much as it hurts to right this, you boys look like you have got our man. Malky is a top manager, moulds a real team and doesn't sign anyone who doesn't have the inner desire. He'll do well at your place IMO.

Neraly sure you've got your username wrong there mate. It should be Cardiff Red surely ??

Nah mate, it's not happening. Interest in him peaked a week ago. He's safe at Cardiff, no talk whatsoever up here in Liverpool about him.

Your interest peaked today when you were granted permission to speak to him! I can't see why yo are against him. Done a old job everywhere he has been, young hungry manager, fits the Moyes mould.

By the way, can I just say how disappointed I am that this thread has not yet reached 1000 pages?

Yesterday 100+ pages were added. Today, just over 50. Up your game lads!

We've not spoken to him or sought permission to speak to him.

I'm quite sure news would have leaked somewhere if that was the case.

Oh come in now. Chris woods is a good coach isn't he? Steve round? Think he's ok too. How do i know? I assume he's ok. Just cis we had a slump after Irvine left and we went more negative. Surely that is moyes. Well. Yeah it was moyes. He's said as much hadn't be? Playing percentages and getting back to being hard to beat?

It's not at all, actually.
