People petitioning about some stupid badge when they should be doing it about the outrage of having a man who's been barely a coach for one year being installed as manager. Priorities all over the shop.

I think things are just warming up. When Everton go the Weir, Stubbs, Neville route there will be murder.

That seems to contradict what some have suggested. No mention of Pereira at all, never mind him being our first choice. But also the church about usmmaking no formal offer yet for Martinez, despite people saying no here that he's already been interviewed

The papers havent a clue their just throwing names out their thats top a the bookies list idiots

I think I can sum up my thoughts on the whole process a little quicker than that: until such time as Billy Liar and his carpetbagging mates are swept out of the club you can expect the cheapest solution to all outstanding issues. In this instance it means employing an in-house yes man who'll be grateful for the job. All the other 'possibilities' are pure fantasy.

You haven't done it any quicker really though. As you've said the same thing 400 times.

Your right, we should defo draft up a partition and be outraged over a rumor, rather than being annoyed at something that has actually happened.

A summary of todays events in the manager stakes for those not wanting to read through it

Its been a slow day today but:

Tony Hibbert is the bait in a possible swop deal for Vitor
Bilic spotted at Finch Farm
Malkey Malkay is meeting a brass Hilton Hotel on Monday
Laudrup rules himself out
Benitez is going to Napoli
Neville is taking his cycling proficiency badge next week and if he passes he could be Everton manager by the end of the week

That's it for today goodnight all
