Rangnick is a beast, I believe he had an issue with the board at Schalke but before that at Hoffenheim he did a hell of a lot for the club.

Was it this forum/thread where i asked wether Kenwright would do a Moyesy, and go left field and for someone we'd not given thought of or heard much about when looking at managers, just like Moyesy does with players?!.

Seems he's doing just that. Good on him, needs to get the right man in!.

His Hoffenheim side played thrilling, rapid football — an offensive 4-3-3 with two wingers, Demba Ba and Chinedu Obasi, employed purely offensively — which took Germany by storm and by surprise; he sought out bargains, like striker Vedad Ibisevic; and he invested heavily in youth, preferring to sign players between the ages of 17 and 24. He is fluent in English, having studied in Sussex in his youth.

I'm actually really pleased BK is taking a long time with choosing a manager. I would much rather that then the way managers like Hughes and Rednapp seemed to be picked up so quickly and I would say recklessly by clubs.
