If we offer Moyes type wages then VP will come, I have absolutely no doubt about that whatsoever.

Lump on!

Mate vitor sent a counter offer to porto and the terms where he wanted a 1 year deal and a wage not exceeding 20k a week.Porto originally said they will give him a 2 year deal and 50k a week ...it makes sense why vitor has not signed the contract yet with porto and tomorrow is D day for him so we will have a new manager tomorrow if bill wasnt sure of pereira then he would of told him he is not in the running last week

Pereira in lads

Looking more likely by the minute imo

Illness bothers me.

And I don't think his Cv is all that impressive.

Plus schalke were were so bad in that Cl semifinal.
CL semi final is the operative phrase though. I suppose the illness would be a concern, although it could be a reason to dress up a resignation.
In fairness to Bill it's a solid enough list of external candidates and I think he's quite likely to dismiss the internal candidates as not strong enough.

Just like we were so bad in the FA Cup final - one match doesn't make the manager though

I wanted Moyes out because as much as I thought he improved us as a team, I don't think it means anything if you can't capatalise on that by producing big performances in big games.

Martinez has proven he can do that.
