What exactly do Directors of Football do???
Don't they buy the players? Then the manager has to get the best out of them?

anyone who picks martinez over the other 2 needs their head testing, a man who cant make changes in 4 years to a dire defense is a much bigger risk than a guy who got a stress related illness
1. if Ralf Rangnick took over and got stress- we get a new manager
2. if martinez gets us mid table and top players go- not so easy to fix
It does happen on the day(s) occasionally though. They aren't no hopers but better teams with good managers have crashed out of that competition. It doesn't reflect particularly well on him but it shouldn't be his entire legacy.TBF he took them over when they'd already made the quarters. It wasn't his team.
And it wasn't a bunch of no hopers either, Neuer, Huntelaar, Farfan, Raul, Edu etc.

3. Just give VITOR PEREIRA the job

I'd settle for Rangnick but ideally Vitor gets it. Worst nightmare is that SPL hothead, anyone know why he's still so high in the betting when I'd have thought it between Vitor, Rangnick and Martinez?

Having quickly refreshed my memory of him (wiki), he does seem quite bland record wise. He is a solid but unspectacular choice really looking at it.Literally the only games of his I've watched, mate, is all. Has coloured my views a bit.

Order of preference: Rangnick, Pereira, Martinez
