I'm a big fan of what Martinez did at Swansea but that was basically take a team used to Kenny Jackett-football, get them to play with a ball in training for a change, and introduce some tactics that weren't 4-5-Lump. He's a clever bloke with good ideas but his defensive organisation is up there with the worst I've seen.

He's worse than Moyes but better than many on that ****list.

Phil Neville it will be. I just can't see our tactically inept board having a worthy plan B in place. How long before BK is on SSN rubbing his eyes and telling the world how he fought to save DM?
