Cant believe that people are accepting this without dismay at the club he's gone to.

For me this is a far worse betrayal than if he went to Liverpool.

Historically Everton would never allow their manager go to any Manc rival. And yet meekly, this is exactly what has happened.

For me, and many other Evertonians United are the true arch enemy of the club. To accept this without any complaint at all is a disgrace and shows how far this great team has fallen in stature.

No feelings of hatred towards United whatsoever from the majority of my generation (brought up in the 90s). They're a behemoth of a club, and to put it simply we're not.

Moyes deserves the opportunity and I wish him every success.

not really - how would you feel if moyes went to liverpool?

for me this is far far worse a slap in the face.

He's given us 11 good years, you can't question his loyalty at all, United are a giant of world football, if Moysey gets a chance to manage them, then fair play, and good luck, I have no beef with United whatsoever.

Didn't know he'd left

I repeat, what would you say if he went to the RS?

Times change mate.

Exactly right. Howard, Neville & Gibson are a testament wearing a blue shirt. Times are going to continue to change. I may be very wrong but Moyes was tipped late last year before the Man City last day heroics to win the league. I just don't see Mourinho ending up their at all.

Neil Lennon seems to be the name doing the rounds in the past half an hour or so.

Surely not. Please....

I'm down to only a couple of bottles of bleach as it is
