Mick McCarthy has done a good job at Ipswich, stabilised them and moved them on a bit. He's a massively underrated manager that I'd love to see given a chance with us.

He wouldn't
He'd be vastly preferable to getting one of the out of work Championship level managers
He's got a win over Barca to his name at least.
Given a team with a better quality of player, he could do well I imagine
Brennan has taken this far to seriously
Someone has bet big on Laudrup. Went to put a bet on him at 16/1, literally went down to 8/1 in minutes! Didnt bother with the bet hahaha
How about Steve Mclaren? Won the dutch league, so more qualified than most of the names been mentioned in here...
so far most of us will be happy with
Clarke
Landrup
Jol
Since when did getting battered for 89 of the 90 mins and the goalie having the game of his, or anyone else's, life qualify someone to manage Everton.
Never mind barely winning a one horse race.
Because he beat a vastly superiour team with a squad that is inferiour to our own
Based on the maths, he should be able to do even better with a stronger squad to work with
The only thing about Lennon is whether he can get his team to perform on a weekly basis. Currently he just needs to prer for European games and the occasional game with Motherwelll in the SPL. Could he do it every week when every game is a big game?
I think yes, but that's the gamble you take
This Celtic team is by no means a vintage one and Rangers bought those prior titles in his run by illegally paying players.
I think we need someone right now who will help us be defiant in the face of the tough changes that are going to effect us. Lennon is a war time PM.
