I am partly afraid that quite a few of those players will leave

Felli and Baines are dead certs I think

Coleman, jags and Barkley aren't out of the question

I think Mirallas would likely want to stay but it's not guaranteed

Could even see Moyes poaching Kennedy on the way out to be fair

Hopefully for 20 million, Kilmarnock badly need the money.

They've generally lead their previous club to relative success though (whatever that realistically looks like for the club in question)

Aside from this seasons cup run, I fail to see what Martinez has actually achieved. I just don't see what he's produced at Wigan beyond what they had when he arrived.

Well, shall we say for a start he has got them to a cup final this season.

Secondly, as the thread in the world football tells you, he operates one of the smallest transfer budgets, one of the smallest wage budgets, yet still has so far managed to keep them in the top tier at a time when the rich have got richer and the poor stay in their place!

He has 3 seasons managerial expertise on his CV in the top flight and is widely regarded as the man who got the Swansea ball rolling to get them to where they are now.

I want a manager that's either:

1 - An ex Everton legend
2 - A major positive standing in the game in his own right
3 - Passionate/hungry/aggressive

I could warm to Martinez as its moving in a different direction style wise and it would be a bold move. I can't honestly see a lot of tolerance for a Mclaren or some such. Mackay interests me but I know very little about him, would he work?

I want Solskjaer or Tuchel or Zola or Aguirre or Howe or Sampaoli.

Just someone who isn't part of the usual suspects, really.
Solksjaer again, I could get behind. TuchelI know nothing about because I'm not a massive hipster. Zola seems likeable but not sure he wouldn't honour his contract at Watford, especially if they get promoted. The other two again, I plead ignorance.

Holy **** if you thought the football was bad under Moyes wait until Mackay comes in, blimey.

Just read an inordinately long article on the Mainz manager Thomas Tuchel, he may well be the ideal replacement for Moyes.

Phil Neville ticks all three, says Bill Kenwright in his new-manager presser.
