It's only preseason but 4/4 wins for S'land tonight after beating Dijon 3-2 with a late penalty.

No small feat either, I hear they're mustard.
I know, against the powerhouses that are Hartlepool, Rotherham and Stade Nyonnaise - no, me neither.

Sunderland are lucky Moyes is in the position were he needs to restablish himself. They've got the perfect manger for were they are right now. Give it two or three years and I expect Sunderland to be comfortably in mid table and challenging for Europa League spots.

I hope he fails miserably.

He did some very good work here, but torched that bridge when he left.
I've got passed any dislike I had for him. He's fallen flat on his face twice since he left us and has now had to return right back to were he was in 2002. He did a lot of good at the club and played a big part in giving the club it's dignity back after years of total dross. He overstayed his time here by about three years imo but did much more good then harm. I wouldn't want him back but I've got a lot more time for him then El Fraudo.

Perfect job here for Davie.

Sunderland aim to not be relegated. They are good enough to stay up. Ergo whatever moyes does besides being relegated is deemed a success in the clubs eyes.

Sky are saying Moyes has admitted he is interested in signing Januazi and Fellaini for sunderland lol

Sign Fellaini three times, for a panic buy, he seems to be loved by the scotsman.

Davey moyes overstayed his welcome at Everton. He was fine for the first 5 to 6 years when Everton were regularly getting 5th and 6th. Then he lost motivation, gambled on players like Roysten Drenthe, Straq, even though to be fair he had no money and the club was no longer competing for 4th. He made one or two terrible comments at the end, but I don't think that should define the time he spend here.

Some people just hate him for the knife to a gunfight comments, but his results should count for something.

Hoofing it to fellaini with Defoe playing off him would be an effective strategy for a club who's goal is staying up.
