MOYES, YOU ARE OUT OF ORDER

Well I for one don't believe for one minute that the bid is out of order. I do believe however that the SIZE of the bid is way out of order.

30M and then we might listen.

You don't think it's out of order for an employee of our club to attempt to buy a player on behalf of another club?

Reading his interview on sky moyes said he thought ferguson asked moyes round his house to tell him he was taking one of his players! That's what's so annoying, if UTD want a player they think they can just take them, like a school playground bully.

Will be interesting if moyes sticks to his values, he didnt like it when city thought hey could just take lescott. He says Rooney is not for sale, bet he won't listen to us saying baines isn't for sale!

Not when officially being paid by us - out of order as the thread title suggest!

Far too much has been made of this. Moyes was not our manager at the time. Martinez was.

Who cares whether he's still receiving holiday pay from us???

I don't know if it was intentional or not but I thought the comment about being invited to the house of SAF expecting to be told that Utd were going to take one of our players was the biggest slight on EFC in quite a long time.
I think UTD and Moyes need to understand that our players are not like fruit that can be picked from a tree when they feel like it and Leighton Baines is a perfectly good player to start with.

Glad it wasn't just me who thought that. I thought it was a very clumsy if not outright disrespectful way of talking about us.

I think this is the thing with Moyes he says stuff which is basically his honest viewpoint, in itself laudable, but once you get to the meaning of what he says you often think "wtf ???". Anyway it's done now he can't afford similar throwaway remarks at OT they'll be merciless.

So, if my working out is right. Notes knew at the derby he was leaving.

Unfortunately I think the comment did reflect accurately the inferority complex that David Moyes often displayed while manager at Everton.
I always contrasted his attitude about Everton with the attitude of everybody associated with Liverpool FC. They are the other extreme believing that a twenty point differential could be overtaken by them without a difficulty.
David Moyes liked the "plucky little Everton " image. The image of a club doing better than it should because of his brilliance.

What I found interesting was that Moyes knew about Man UTd job from around the Derby game. Then all of a sudden he started Barkley in games which at the time I was shocked but glad. Now the paranoid part of me was thinking was he trying to get onside with Ross for when he try's to bring him across to Man Utd. I hope I'm wrong
