It's happening.

The interim board was announced 28 days ago.

Myres (who I appreciate isn't the world's greatest source) said then the MSP thing will take another 6 or 7 weeks. (maybe sooner)

It's frustrating and it does feel like they're dragging their feet but I'd be amazed if it fell through. These companies don't often list specific funds to the SEC to showboat.
