If it is to be believed then 777 won’t get any further than MSP with any investment attempt. They seem even ropier than MSP. This other company isn’t going to allow any investment into the club unless its a massive amount which will include enough to cover their £200m we owe them.

Who is this company?

Maybe it's time for Moshiri to separate the stadium from the club. Find funding to finish the stadium.
Sell the club for a reasonable price allowing a new owner to fund the team.

He would then own a state of the art stadium with a guaranteed tenant,
and Everton could get on without life without having a prohibitive price tag around its neck.
Absolute worst outcome is Everton FC not owning its own ground. It akin to letting your wife and kids go and do tricks for crack money. Finished me with Everton if thats the outcome.

Ok.. that’s the good news…
Somewhat worrying news is that Rights&Media have such power over our future. Who are they? Who own a them? Where does the money come from?
And if they can veto MSP, don’t we need the thin end of £250m more to complete the stadium (correct me if I’m wrong). Where on earth will that come from ??
They dont have veto power, but they may have a loan secured on equity and the value of the club as a whole. They dont care about any junior lenders, Moshiri could borrow 2 billion for all they care, as they will always remain in first position and be the first to get paid back. But equity is different. A straight loan doesnt impact valuation, but if they secured their loan based on equity it would. If they secured it based on Everton being worth 700m for example, and Moshiri tries to sell 25% for 100m, valuing the club at only 400m, they wouldn't want to kill the value of their security.

Moshiri can likely go out and get whatever straight loans he can talk some fool into and they dont care.

If moshiri was skint and desperatly needed money he would sell some or all of his stake in the club. We are an investment to flip once the ground is built and increases the value of his shares. Isnt that the whole idea of him buying the club? He has hardly bankrolled the club when we've spent £40m over the past 5 seasons an average of £30m a season for 7 years. He has a fortune of $3.1 billion according to forbes. It actually increased by $500m last year. Maybe msp was his own fortress sports fund diversion and he has never intended in selling a stake in the club. Or he may feel he can get more now or after the ground is built. Im sure there will be reams of speculation from in the knows and press articles about our finances as well. The old kenwright one two. Maybe thats why moshiri kept him on as chairman. An interim chairman of course. Bill is currently just ordering brandy and cigars in his latest round of negotiations at another top class london restaurant. At the clubs expense of course.

yeah, it's not appealing, It's break glass in case of emergency stuff.
In order to buy out Moshiri, take control of the stadium, provide funds to finish it and rebuild the team, someones going to have to invest around $1b, and that's just for a 50.1% stake.
That's not happening, even if gulf money is interested.
