She inherited that "8th" place.

She has done nothing to increase our commerical revenue.

What have Leicester done to increase theirs? Or Villa ? Or Wolves ?

None of them have as the only way to drive forward revenues is by becoming another Man Utd, Liverpool, Spurs, Chelsea which is done by prolonged periods of success.

That aint happening when the recruitment team are signing duds or the medics cant keep half the squad fit.

The idea that DBB has been anything other than an utter disaster for us is ludicrous.

Any other CEO of a public or private company who oversaw such staggering failure and deterioration in their businesses' performance would have been forcibly removed by shareholders a long time ago.

Let's face it, she always was astonishingly under-qualified for this role and that has been proven by her awful record. I have no ill will towards her - it wasn't her fault she was offered big money to take the job, but she'd do very well to resign and stay very very quiet for a long time.

So then maybe she should do her job better and dont let the recruitment team sign duds.

But like everybody at Everton, the buck gets passed and its always somebody elses fault.

As a club I think the fans will have to get used to a levels of ambition akin to Maslow’s hierarchy of needs. We ain’t going from just surviving to top 10 (although it’s been done in the past e.g. Leicester) - it’s generally not something you plan for. Our development needs to be incremental in nature, the question is how incremental and over what period of time. The new investors will have an exit strategy and that will determine the planned timeline.

I have no support for the current board - I just am fair in my assessment towards DDB in that she's done a good job with BMD and gotten us a record shirt deal.

I dont see how she could have done much more with an egomaniac in Kenwright being chairman / the club being uncompetitive on the field in recent seasons.

WHU are the only club to really progress outside the elite in recent seasons commercially but they've been gifted a tax payers 60k stadium and are London based.

I'll be very keen to observe MSP and see how they plan to turn us into a top 7 side / increasing our revenues to the levels required. Many seem confident in them but I can't personally see much changing personally other than a few faces in the board room.

Neither can I, but that might be what we need.

We will struggle to get another owner like Mosh, who pumped vast sums of money into, well, the incinerator.

As long as that utter leech Kenwrong is gone, it will bring me short term happiness.

The proof will be in the pudding regards where they take us.

But we have all clearly seen where this current Board are destined to take us.

I want us to succeed, but if we are going to continue to fail, then I want new people failing and not the same sh1te who have failed for the last few years (or twenty in Bills case) 😄

Probably not been appointed in the first place would have helped. She was out of her depth from the start.

Her work in charity and the community is very commendable, but it’s a million miles away from a billion pound operation where it’s cut throat and measured on success on the pitch.

The board are gone mate - talking about them is like moaning about Mike Walker its over at this point.

I'll be waiting to see MSP get us £20m+ naming rights deals and competing with Chelsea & Spurs for Nike shirt sponsers as its just that easy for midtable plodders like us (apparently).

Well you never know, it is in their interests to do so, they sound as if they have a lot of business contacts in their portfolio. And with the best will in the World, yes next Season I would like a midtable position, because let's say Elon Musk buys us, we ain't going from fourth bottom to top mate get real.

The issue I see is many fans just want to "win" the battle against the board even if it means letting the devil into the backyard.

The current board are gone regardless at this stage even if Moshiri didn't move on their positions are untenable - I'm more concerned with who takes over as if its a US investment Group like MSP or 777 then we may as well accept that we're going nowhere as a club anytime soon lets be honest with ourselves.

Maybe some have been beaten down that much by Kenwright that they'll accept that but I'm starved of success and want to see good times !

You think she had anything to do with Moshiri getting sponsorship from his business partner and close friend?
Hahahahahahahahahahahahaha.
'Kin clueless.

She's like everyone else that works high up at Everton, a human shield for Bill, until he decides to throw her under a bus to save himself. Remember " I don't run the club Denise does"
When things go bad it's never his fault.

I think a few have made a very good point.

We aint getting an Oil state in our current state, we are a basket club.

But maybe a season or 2 as steady eddies, nice big shiny waterside stadium, we might be prime for some sport washing.

Kenwright was only ever interested in the limelight, Moshiri was only ever interested in, well, I honestly dont even know what his goals were.

An investment group will be interested in growing their investment, it could be what we need.
