Difficult to understand why anybody would buy a football club unless they were going to saddle it with a loan to pick up the interest - or flog it to an oil-rich group.

Wouldnt be suprised if they would pull back from the deal. Can see a scenario where Moshiri denies them thorough visibility to the true financial dealings and backgrounds.
Still not seen this reported anywhere since the exclusivity agreement was confirmed.
I know @davek said he'd read it, but then couldn't find it.
I'm not doubting it was published. But if you Google "msp Everton exclusivity" nothing comes up.
Same for twitter.
So in true Everton fashion, I wouldn't bank on anything happening today. (though I hope it does. Obvs.)
