Based on what source?
Why aren't other papers reporting it?
He's scheduled to be unveiled on Friday...

Mail confirmed for bs hit scavengers

Mail just trying to reel a few people in. Don't bite.
They are fond of their over the top headlines, funny how in the article it says "He is expected to be formally announced as an Everton signing on the team’s return." Anyway even if it was true an agent fee doesn't seem to hard to sort out.

If that was the case, Tim Cahill would have never signed for us.

According to the statement on the OS the relationship between the clubs is good

“I am looking forward to introducing him to the Everton fans when we come back but first I would like to thank Ferencváros for the way in which they have approached the negotiations. They have been very understanding at this point and we have enjoyed a good working relationship.”

Know its hard to tell from youtube highlights, but he looks the business. That said and as others have noted, he really plays a similar time of game to McCarthy--great runner/passer; does that great transition from defense to attack; won't score a lot of goals. Does seem a little more aggressive (which I like). Do folks think we are going to see a lot of rotation? How boss is our midfield beginning to look?
