His reading of the game is just superb, I watched him loads yesterday, when we have the ball hes always looking to get in space and make himself available, never stops talking. When we dont have the ball he makes sure he covers the space and again never stopped letting his team mates know where they should be.
He picked up a booking for a superb sliding tackle that in no way was a foul, he never panics on the ball and as soon as hes passed it hes again making himself available for the return.
Honestly hes a real talent and anybody that knows football only needs to watch the lad play for 30 seconds to spot not only the talent but the potential to be prolly the greatest player of his generation.

McCarthy was MOM by loads.
Thought he had a decent game, as always nice and tidy in possession and makes himself available to whoever is on the ball for us.

It's a correct opinion. I think the potential that makes him interesting. Coming from nowhere with that ice cold attitude coping with Messi, Bale and Belgians showed that he can be a very good DM. Question is can he be more than that? Time will tell but for me it's very promising that after just 3 full PL and one capital cup matches he is capable of a PL worthy performance. For now Your opinion is the most decent.
