At the group stages a player is suspended after 3 yellows so he is not banned yet. But after the 3rd yellow comes the 2 yellow rule, so every player is suspended after the 5th, 7th, etc. Page 34.

Dunno what will be better: playing him against Krasnodar with youngsters which means more responsibility and surely a yellow or give him a break. If Macca and Barry can't make this Sunday then I think he won't play the Krasno game, those will need playtime who revocer from injuries.

Spurs are pretty good at getting players sent off.

He gets a lot of yellows but he can reign it in when he needs to. Also hopefully after the press coverage of their soft red cards the ref might not want to give one tomorrow.

I was amused to hear Clarke Carlisle's irritated remarks about Besic playing the ball out of defence like Beckenbauer when danger was around. Im sure once he gets acclimatised to the Premier League and his timing is perfected more, Besic will look infinitely closer to Beckenbauer than the journeyman 'Countdown' Carlisle ever did. Given time, he will prove another great buy by RM

I love his ability to come out with the ball. It takes players out of the game and sets up the attack.
