That is why i do not get Martinez , ok season was bad , but he did not change a thing . All that is happend players see that they can o out , and push a bit because this is good bounch of players , but all of them look lost this season. So ok he had idea it did not work so we get magic number to stay up now focus on next season . He plays Barry and Osman . Barry play all games I think he could play , hes not nearly that much better then Besic that we must play him and hes old , he need rest , Besic need games . And if u don't give Besic start , start any young player. Who don't remeber taht Besic come fom Hungary and show qulity just watch him pair up with Barkley against QPR or away with Wolfsburg .I get hes not at pace yet , but it s next season for us already . Change something FFS, show us that we are going to play younger players and change something . No he change after a row good games mastermind Martinz put young Barkley on Bench becouse we need to Improve Naismith, that is what he change. Hes talking one story , younger team , Besic is great but will be even better ,ect . And then Besic dont play after that interwew 10 min in 6 games and we play really old players in game we don't need to.
Does seem pretty strange the way hes just stopped picking him at all for the last 2months.

He never dropped McCarthy and Barry all last season either. Besic is backup for McCarthy, nothing more.

I know he as, and he's said he's probably played more games than he expected but he's only played a matter of minutes alately and for me he needs to be involving him more with a view to him taking over Barry!
Recently we was playing 4-1-4-1 and I think that system would suit Besic to a tee.

The 'i think Besic will look for a move away in the Summer' shouts are laughable. The lad knew what his first season was going to be like, and this is exactly that.
New player, in a new League, in essentially a new position. He was never going to hold down a regular spot this Season, said it himself. Also said we'll see the best of him next Season. So the lad wont even contemplate a move away this Summer.

I can't imagine he was too pleased that after he finally got a run in the side and played well, he was promptly dropped once a woefully out of form player became available again.
You don't have to have a settling in season on the bench if you're already good enough to play.

Besic should not be considered a replacement for Barry - it would be stupid to play a right-footed player at LCM.
This would then mean that we would only have 1 left-footed player in the back 6 ( well 3 actually, but they all play LB ).
All opposing managers would spot this and just inform their team to attack us on the left hand side of each of our 5 right-footers.
I would imagine that we will be attempting to sign a left-footed CB and a left-footed DCM as a matter of priority.
