so the word got out before the formalities of him actually arriving at everton to have a medical and sign his contract.
the club cant announce anything because it could callapse before we actually get him to sign ... ie another club steals in .

nobody reputable has even said we're interested never mind agreed a fee etc. he clearly hasn't done a medical because someone would have spotted/heard something. think these reasons may be behind it "taking so long" why can't everyone chill.
