This is the only forum I use, but I know that plenty of GOTers are also members of various other Everton related forums. Is @orly still posting elsewhere?
It seems strange that he would just decide to leave so suddenly after being a regular poster for so long. I genuinely expected him to be posting again within days of starting this thread
I'm sure that he must have had his reasons for leaving, but I'm just hoping that it's not health related and that him and his family are well.

People change and grow bored of spouting the same stuff to the same clump. I've thought of not bothering here on a few occasions when it turns into a moan fest, but then a great thread pops up and maintains your interest. Maybe he's just having a break.

You are absolutely right. I'm sure that many of us get bored from time to time. I check in on here most days but sometimes might not bother for weeks.
It just seemed very 'sudden' and 'final' He seemed to be posting as normal one minute then this thread.

Hope your right about this, but I thought Ijjy's was an enforced absence :Blink:

Same mate. I nearly jibbed it the other day after logging on and seeing streams of negativity all over the place.

Then I came across Carlos and Sassy’s love thread and quickly changed my mind.

Some of the best nights on GOT have been fed by rampant Everton fume or maybe an international break, so you never know when you might find a diamond in the rough.

Kind of like how a tumour makes new blood vessels in order to sustain itself.
