Myra the Dog

A malnois is pretty much a full time job.

It sounds like this was the case with Myra, her previous owners giving her up for adoption a few months ago. They had a big spike in the US a couple of years ago because a Malnois caught an ISIS bigwig, so obviously it's the perfect pet for a flag waving patriot. Idiots.

Friend of mine trains them for Dubai Police (https://instagram.com/sahara_kennel?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y=) and those that fail go out to adoption, very carefully vetted because of the high time commitment needed.

They can predict pretty accurately at the first assessment (around 3 months) which dogs make the grade.
Never had a Belgian but have had 6 GSDs in 22 years. Brilliant dogs, we have two atm. However our current pup (8 months) is a lunatic. She is loveable but so destructive. Highly intelligent.

GSDs were the first guide dogs before labs became more popular because they were not so large. I know a VIP who had a GSD guide dog. He was a beaut. After he died he hadn't the heart to get another dog sadly

Myra the dog is fine for all those concerned, just to add as well there was a lot of glass and debris around so they probably saved her paws as well as it being easier for them to get through. All those saying they should have known blah blah, the couple are not football fans and didn’t expect such a large crowd to greet the coach.

Anyone whenever they see Myra the dog :
