If we stay up I'd loan out Patterson, get rid of Kenny and bring in a new RB for a reasonable fee who would start season 2022/23 with Coleman deputising. Bring back Patterson if he's progressed as a defender, sell him on if he hasn't.


That convoluted way forward ^^^ is all because a huge bollock was dropped in january when we should have been buying tried and tested and not get all clever trying to sign the next big SPL FB as if he was inevitably as good as Robertson and Tierney. Rangers and the Scottish media massively overhyped that lad and the mugs at Everton fell for their BS.

To be honest none of us know how good the player will be until he gets a game, when the third goal went in last Sunday and the game was over was the ideal time to put Patterson on in the right back position to give him twenty minutes or so to see how he performed, then again maybe not because nearly all of the team had took an early dart and spewed it, this kid has definitely got fight in him, see him for Scotland, not last night, and he wants to win, get him off the bench, at least, and let him show the others how to get stuck in, like another youngster, Branthwaite, was urging all the other shxtpots at Spurs last week, don’t any of them know or care we are in a fight for survival here.

Inevitable isn’t it. Hype from the media as well doesn’t really help, asking Frank every press conference when is Patterson going to get a game. Can see he’s getting annoyed about it.

The same player can be world class and a Championship player within a month if you look at the player threads.
