Not saying he’s not a good long term prospect but right now he’s not good enough to be playing every week. He’s woeful defensively and offers very little going forward.
A truly ridiculous signing this time last year.

One of the two - along with Myko - that for the first time I can remember watching Everton, we had ready to go at the start of a window. Because Pig Man wanted it.

Yet 12 months later when we're in desperate need of forwards, we don't hear a sniff.
 
Few of you will be happy he's injured.
I'm very much not happy but I don't think he'll be missed with how he's been playing.

He's got potential but that's it. I didn't rate the signing at the time and stand by what I said then. It was totally the wrong type for what we needed a year ago. Genuinely remember someone telling me Patterson was better than Trippier, btw.

Obviously I'll change my mind when I see Coleman trying to keep up with Elanga (probably) on Friday.

Tbh I'm not that bothered.

He was getting into his stride early in the season but he's been crap lately.
